Job Description
We are hiring proactive and compassionate Teaching Assistants to support our lead educators across various classrooms at Riverside Schools. In this role, you will help facilitate daily instructional activities, manage classroom behaviour, and provide individualized attention to students who need extra academic or emotional support. You will assist with lesson preparation, grading, and organizing educational materials. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, dedicated to fostering a positive, inclusive, and highly productive learning environment for all students.
Requirements:
* NCE (National Certificate in Education), OND in a relevant discipline or WASC with a minimum of five credits (including English Language)
* Previous experience working with children in a school, camp, or childcare environment.
* Ability to support classroom administrative tasks and manage small groups of students.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team-player mindset.
* High level of adaptability, patience, and a genuine passion for youth education.
