Bsc / BA degree from reputable tertiary institution with minimum of 7 years teaching experience, 2 of which must be in a leadership role. The ideal candidate must have good communication (written & oral) skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Good grasp of childcare safety policies and regulatory standards in Nigeria. Proven track record of managing change and raising standards, a figure of professional authority able to command the respect of students, staff and parents. Resilient, selfless, committed individual with great interpersonal and excellent public speaking skills. Previous work in Montessori environment will be an added advantage.
