JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher for our International nursery school. As a member of our Education Management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their future. RELATIONSHIPS

As a Teacher for our International nursery school, you will design and implement engaging lessons that promote active learning and cater to the individual needs of each child. You will create a supportive and stimulating classroom environment where children can explore, collaborate, and grow.

You will also work closely with parents, keeping them informed about their child’s progress and providing guidance on how to support their learning at home.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum
2. Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that encourages participation and cooperation
3. Provide individualized attention and guidance to students to support their learning and development
4. Evaluate and assess student progress and provide regular feedback to parents
5. Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and coordinate activities and events
6. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning
7. Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any concerns or questions they may have

8. Assess student progress and performance through a variety of methods, such as exams, projects, and presentations
9. Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and grades

REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
2. Create and deliver engaging and interactive lessons plan that align with the school’s curriculum guidelines
3. Provide individualized attention and support to students, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
4. Assess student progress and performance through a variety of methods, such as exams, projects, and presentations
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.
6. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes academic growth and personal development
7. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to various learning styles
8. Assess student progress and provide regular feedback on their academic performance
9. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and evaluate educational materials and resources
10. Support students in their social and emotional well-being
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and attendance
12. Communicate regularly and effectively with students’ parents or guardians regarding their academic progress and development
13. Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school events
14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and grades
15. Strong organizational, time management, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
16. Proficiency in English (additional language proficiency is a plus)
17. Good understanding of cultural differences and willingness to navigate and embrace diversity

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field

International Teaching certification or license

Proven 5-10years Experience working with young children in an educational setting
