The ideal candidate for the teaching role has:
 Minimum of NCE. A B.Ed is an advantage.
Minimum of 2-3 years of rich experience in a similar role.
Has a growth mindset and is open to learning new skills / personal development.
Values team work and gets along well with others.
Can execute role expectations with minimal supervision.
*Proximity to The Bells, Ota is compulsory as role does NOT come with accommodation*
