A reputable school in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Island, Lagos, Nigeria, is urgently recruiting a passionate, experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Lead.

🔹 Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of active Special Educational Needs (SEN) practice in a reputable educational institution.
Must currently reside on Lagos Island (Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah axis preferred).
Strong experience in:
* Developing and implementing Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
* Conducting student screenings and identifying learning needs
* Providing targeted interventions and inclusive classroom support
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and school leadership.
*Demonstrated passion for SEN practice and genuine love for working with children.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the school’s SEN provision.
Conduct screening and assessments to identify learning challenges.
Develop, implement, and review IEPs.
Provide guidance and training support to teachers on inclusive practices.
Monitor progress and ensure appropriate interventions are in place.
