Job Description
– Plan and implement a curriculum that is developmentally appropriate for preschool-age children.
– Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment that promotes socialization, exploration, and learning.
– Maintain a daily routine that includes activities such as arts, crafts, music, and outdoor play.
– Establish and maintain a positive relationship with children, parents, and colleagues.
– Communicate effectively with parents about their child’s progress, activities, and any issues that may arise.
– Observe and assess children’s development, identifying any potential delays or needs.
– Collaborate with other teachers and staff to plan and implement activities and events.
– Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
– Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current on best practices in early childhood education.
