Job Description
Riverside Schools is searching for an enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to lead our early childhood education program. Based in OPIC, you will be responsible for providing a safe, joyful, and highly engaging environment that promotes learning through play, exploration, and discovery. You will help our youngest learners develop fine motor skills, basic cognitive concepts, and positive social interactions. The ideal educator possesses a deep understanding of child development, boundless patience, and a creative approach to nurturing curiosity during these crucial formative years.
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori pedagogy, or a related field.
* Prior experience working with preschool-aged children in an active learning environment. (Minimum of 3 years)
* Deep knowledge of play-based learning methodologies and child developmental stages.
* Warm, nurturing, and highly energetic disposition.
* Valid First Aid/CPR certification for young children is highly desirable.
*Strong technology skills
