The HR Manager will be responsible for
Developing a proper staff recruitment plan
Developing staff structure
Developing staff compensation and benefits plan
Developing a proper evaluation process
Overseeing the recruitment and selecting process
You may also be required to carry out other duties from time to time.
An ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and other HR certifications with up to 3 years cognate experience. You must have good written and oral communication skills and must show a track record of complying with organizational rules and regulations.
Salary is Negotiable with staff bonus.
