We are seeking a strategic HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions at Riverside Schools. The successful candidate will spearhead the recruitment of top-tier educational and administrative talent, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws. You will be responsible for designing staff development programs, administering payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive, supportive workplace culture. We need a highly professional, empathetic leader who can align our human capital strategies with the school’s overarching educational mission and values.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably within an educational institution.
* In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and modern employment practices.
* Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, or HRCI).
* Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
