The Role
As Headteacher, you will provide strong educational and operational leadership, ensuring the Montessori philosophy is embedded across all aspects of school life. You will lead and inspire staff, work closely with parents, and ensure the school meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the school in line with Montessori principles and best practice

Ensure high-quality teaching, learning, and child development

Manage daily school operations, compliance, and inspections

Recruit, support, and develop staff through effective leadership and CPD

Build strong partnerships with parents and the wider community

Safeguard the wellbeing, safety, and inclusion of all children
The Ideal Candidate

Holds a recognised Montessori qualification

Has proven leadership or senior management experience in a Montessori or early years setting

Demonstrates strong knowledge of child development and Montessori pedagogy

Is an effective communicator with excellent organisational skills

Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion, and continuous improvement
