Our school delivers the Nigerian and British curricula across Nursery, Primary, and College levels, and we are poised for exciting growth. We are seeking an exceptional Head of Administration to join our senior leadership team and provide strategic leadership, operational excellence, and support for our expansion plans, including internationally recognised pathways such as TOEFL and SAT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Direct all administrative departments (finance, human resources, admissions, facilities, procurement, student records). Establish performance metrics and service delivery standards.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, expenditure control, and financial reporting, collaborating with finance leadership to optimise resource allocation within budget constraints
- Human Resources & Development: Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development. Shape organisational structure and policy frameworks to foster a culture that attracts talented educators and administrators.
- Governance & Compliance- Ensure adherence to Nigerian regulatory requirements and British curriculum standards. Manage relationships with government agencies and accreditation bodies.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Head of School to implement strategic priorities. Lead infrastructure for new program launches and drive process improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with governors, staff, parents, and partners to build trust through responsive administration.
Candidate Profile:
Essential Experience:
- 7+ years in senior administrative roles within education; preferred in international or private schools. – Master’s degree in education administration, educational leadership, or business administration (MBA).
- Expertise in HR processes, financial management, and change leadership
