We are seeking an experienced and skilled facility manager to oversee the maintenance, upkeep, and management of our school facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained and that they provide a conducive learning environment for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan to ensure that the school’s facilities are well-maintained and meet the needs of students, staff, and visitors.
2. Oversee the maintenance and repair of school facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment.
3. Manage the school’s facilities budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
4. Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, contractors, and other service providers.
5. Ensure that the school’s facilities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including health and safety standards.
6. Develop and implement emergency response plans, including procedures for evacuation, fire safety, and other potential emergencies.
7. Conduct regular inspections of school facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure that facilities are safe and secure.
