Job Description

Reports to Admin Head

Purpose

Lead the daily learning environment for children aged 1–6, delivering a Montessori-aligned curriculum within the EYFS framework.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and prepare the Montessori environment for your assigned children

•Deliver individual and small group Montessori presentations daily

•Log daily observations for each assigned child in Brightwheel app

•Track each child’s progress

•Communicate warmly and professionally with parents.

•Support and guide the classroom assistant in their role

•Attend weekly team check-ins with the Director

What We’re Looking For

•Montessori trained or strong EYFS background

•Calm, observant, and genuinely child-centred

•Comfortable using a Laptop and simple apps

•Reliable and consistent

Nice to Have

•Experience with mixed-age classrooms

•Basic French language skills a plus
