Responsibilities
.Prepare and maintain the class and outdoor environment in readiness for children’s activities
Run engaging groups throughout work cycle – with stories , question games , action games etc
Teach children using classified cards and other materials as directed by the lead teacher
Observe the children taking note of their progress to discuss next steps with Lead teacher
Plan and Engage children in outdoor activities that would support children’s development needs
Make materials for the environment as requested by the lead teacher
Support in helping the lead in writing reports for the children
Run administrative tasks like answering emails , placing orders etc
Continually ensure health and safety and safeguarding of the children
