Job Description

Instruction: Develop and deliver curriculum, create lesson plans, use varied teaching methods, and integrate technology.

Classroom Management: Establish rules, manage behavior, maintain discipline, and ensure a positive, productive atmosphere.

Assessment & Feedback: Grade assignments, evaluate student performance, provide regular feedback, and report progress.

Student Support: Encourage participation, offer individual support, monitor progress, and address social/emotional development.

Key Duties & Activities

Planning: Develop lesson plans, units, and activities aligned with curriculum standards.

Teaching: Lead classes, lecture, demonstrate tasks, and facilitate discussions.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate student attendance, grades, and progress records.

Communication: Communicate regularly with parents about student performance and needs.

Collaboration: Work with colleagues, support staff, and attend school meetings/events.

Professional Growth: Participate in training, stay updated on best practices, and share expertise.
