This is a common complaint; however, we find that most schools do not utilise our CV database. Xpressteachers markets its services on the basis of schools having FREE access to our CV database. The onus is therefore, on schools to access this and select candidates that meet their search criteria. We offer a FREE service, so are unable to browse and forward CVs onto schools. We currently have over 2,800 candidates and counting on our database. Once your school’s vacancies are posted on our platform you have free access to these CV’s.

  • CANDIDATES DO NOT TURN UP FOR INTERVIEWS

Xpressteachers provides a platform which connects schools to employees seeking employment. We do not get involved in the recruitment process at any further stage. We totally understand the frustrations of schools arranging interviews and candidates not turning up. On our part we do our utmost to ensure that we advise our members on the importance of always maintaining professional conduct in line with the profession.

One thing you can do asides sending an email or texting the candidate, you can also put a call through to the candidate, hence, you have a direct feedback channel.

This is not true. We have over 2800 registered CVs and if schools browse our CV database, you will observe that we have a varied range of candidates across the 36 states.
